Somerset-based Quantock Brewery has entered administration. Joint administrators from KSA Group, Eric Walls and Wayne Harrison, were appointed to the company on Wednesday 18th January. The company will continue to trade as normal while a buyer is sought for the business.

The company said in a statement:

“It is with deep regret that following a very difficult trading period we must announce that Quantock Brewery Limited has gone into administration.”

“We will continue trading as normal while a buyer who can take the business forward is found.”

“Massive thanks to all our customers, suppliers, friends and family for their continued support and to our brew crew for their loyalty and hard work.”

The affairs, business and property of the company are being managed by the Administrators acting as agents of the company without personal liability. The company will continue to trade as normal as well as hold planned events.
